This tmobile is by far the worst tmobile I’ve ever experienced. Normally tmobile is my savior and hooks me with all kinds of crazy good deal on new phones. I’ve never had a problem upgrading filing claims or anything and they usually do everything for me. I went into this tmobile and they basically ran me out of the store at first then told me there was nothing they could do for me even though on my tmobile account online it said differently and they refused to even look up my account and said if I could do it online to go do it and my response was but I but I cant get online without a working device and they told me to get out of there store
