Last week I was quite upset and left a not so glowing review. However, after speaking with Maria, the service manager, I feel compelled to change my review. We spoke and I explained my displeasure with the way my service was being handled. She informed me that the service rep I was working with was no longer with them. .We had hit a pothole on the parkway which resulted in having to have the tire replaced. The car had to go back again the day after we picked it up because the tire was not holding air. The rim was then found to have a dent in it and was fixed but we had more issues. Spoke with Maria and she had me contact roadside assistance who towed my car to the dealer yesterday. She called everyday and this time the car was only there overnight. Throughout this ordeal she made sure we had loaner cars. The tire pressure valve on one tire and air valve on another were faulty. She had them replaced and had the car test driven. All seems to be well at this point. I do thank her for the personal interest she took regarding our car and for extending herself to make the entire episode not as painful as it was originally.
