We ordered a funeral spray for my brothers service for May. We went in a few days before and 30 minutes before closing. It was very last minute however they were so helpful. They brought out the flowers to show the specific coloring along with suggestions. On the day of his service the arrangement brought me to tears. His favorite colors and was arranged beautifully. They were on time and over all easy to deal with. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you.

I really wanted to like Cynthia’s flowers. Their online ordering experience was incredibly convenient and their scheduling for delivery and pick up went smooth. The staff were incredibly friendly at pick-up too. But it doesn’t matter how easy the ordering experience is if the arrangement you picked out doesn’t match what was pictured.I ordered the “Red frost”, which should be red roses and gerberas framed by white hydrangeas. Instead what I got was a trident shaped green plant with only a few red flowers interspersed throughout the arrangement.
