I’ve dealt with North ranch for a long time I had a bad experience or the other day not with the company but with the Japanese customer being very prejudiced toward the employees prejudice words, very unpolite I thought she was a queen or something…. that was helping another customer when she drove up demanding service right away and then complaining about how she’s not getting it because she’s Japanese unbelievable. I personally have a Japanese aunt my aunt echo and she does not act like that at all in public .

The attitude was very rude and disrespectful. I understand if it’s busy, but there’s no excuse for rudeness. Matt who I interacted with bring Caucasian and being that I’m of another ethnicity makes me concerned of reasons for his rudeness, since he was very kind and respectful to others that were also Caucasian. Also he quoted me way over double the estimate than this other place I went for an estimate. He was slower, not personable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all, especially if you’re of ethnicity.
