First time being there. I didn’t even know it was there. They’re very friendly and willing to help you. I usually go to the one on Citrus and Workman but this one I stumbled across is just as good. Remember when you first enter the store alway ask this important question Are you a Company Store or are you an Independent Store, if they answer Independent Store, turn around and get out of there. Unless you’re buying a new phone, they’ll ignore you, don’t get me wrong, if you like being treated like a nobody then be my guest. They’re Commission first and then maybe they’ll help you. I called Customer Service to complain and that’s when they told me please use one of their Company Store they have no control over what an Independent Store’s Policy is. Alway use a Company Store you’ll be happy you did.

This was the most horrible customer service EVER!!! The Rep made an error when I went to pay my phone off to own it. He made a mistake and got the manager involved. He told me I could not leave the store with my phone that I’ve had for 18 months insinuating I would be committing a CRIME IF I LEFT WITH MY PHONE! He literally kept me hostage while correcting his mistake and after I paid $155 I had to pay an additional $103. WOW WHAT A MISTAKE!!! He had the nerve to ask 3 times if it was ok to RELEASE ME right in front of me. Even after I told him I had a court order to be somewhere NOW! He would not let me go, even after I said keep me on a 3 way call while we fix this cause have to go, and he still said no. He made me feel like a hostage and a criminal at the same time.
