Thank goodness the gentleman also remembered to calibrate it in my car system.

Had to make 2 trips. They didn’t adjust the PSI when they moved my old tires to the front, and the new ones on the back, so I got a scary warning light while driving on the highway a few hours later. PSI is very basic for a tire shop, so I was a bit frustrated and won’t go back again.Bought two brand new tires, waited an hour to put them on. All of that’s pretty standard, and relatively quick given how long tires generally take to change. When they moved the old tires from the back and put them in the front, they never changed or checked the PSI which is 35 in the front and 32 in the back. I drove away and later that night the tire pressure light comes on while I’m driving 65 miles an hour on the highway. I’m thinking I have a flat tire, thank goodness it was just that they didn’t check the PSI when they moved the tires. Very frustrated about this though, it’s incredibly basic. Anytime you change or move tires, or change climates, you check the PSI, but Wheel Works did not :/Another frustrating point, which is also unfortunately quite common, is that when they priced out the tires, I asked for the least expensive and they had added on about $75 in extra services and warranties that I hadn’t asked for. Thank goodness I caught it and asked to remove them specifically. All in all, I was at the tire shop an hour and a half yesterday ordering and getting the new tires put on, afraid at 9:30 p.m. driving on the highway later that night, and then another 20 minutes (very happy they adjusted it right away) to get back to the tire shop and have the PSI adjusted. Thank goodness the gentleman also remembered to calibrate it in my car system. Not the best experience at a tire shop, but sadly also not the worst!

Kelvin, provided excellent service from answering my questions, acknowledgement when I arrived, even handling a yelling customer in parking lot, when I first arrived. He compared prices over the phone for new tires before I arrived as well. Waited a while for some tires for my car, but that was only because alot of cars ahead of me. I would recommend this Wheel Works if your in the area, like I was.
