Ordered a battery online, picked it up in store. Very easy ordering process. Generally, some of the staff were nice though the note about free battery installation with purchase, as noted on their website, wasn’t fulfilled. Was simply told, We dont do that here. Even after mentioning the note on their website, no offer to help or even acknowledge their own advertising. No other customers were in the store, and all simply watched as I installed in the parking lot. Have been treated far better at other automotive shops.

I bought a car battery and after 20 days my car didn’t stared and the AAA tested the battery life and it was totally old, and ready to replace it. That was very dishonest of them to sell the old battery. Plus they didn’t installed it there. I had to make 4 trips to get the battery installed. Batteries are not like some grocery that you can buy, carry, and place it anywhere. In addition, the manager is very disrespectful, and mean. They need to improve everything. And just be CAREFUL because it seems like some people still live in the past where women where less than man. Just because some women don’t have idea about cars don’t generalize and sell you thinks that aren’t working properly.
