I went into the dispensary Friday evening with the intention of buying some flower and 4 cartridges. The customer service person, a young man, stood chatting socially with another young man throughout the 5 minutes that I waited, unacknowledged, by the cash register. Another employee continued setting up a display throughout my wait; she didn’t acknowledge me, either. This is the second time I’ve visited Cookies but gone unacknowledged by staff while they socialized. Had someone waited on me, I knew what I wanted and would’ve spent $200-300 in a couple of minutes and let them go back to their friends. I feel that they just don’t want to wait on old people.
