This Footlocker in San Francisco off of Market Street have the most impatient and untrained employees in my 20+ years of shopping experience at the chain shoe store. I don’t know who the manager was, but it is obviously an unprofessional and Ghetto store to describe it nicely. The lack of customer service skills is somewhat not surprising. The unfortunate thing is, if this store was in a different location; it would’ve been shut down already. They are only getting the sales due to the location. Anywho, I will definitely won’t come back to shop; but will only come by the way of business.

I WENT IN HERE TODAY 11/4/20 TO BUY A PAIR OF NIKE TENNIS SHOES THE MALE IN THE STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE FEMALE TO THEY BOTH SHOWED ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I LOOK FOR THAT IN ANY STORE I SPEND ME PEANUTS IN IT’S A GOOD THING TO SHOW THE CUSTOMERS SUPPORT .
