I was very happy to see the new General Manager with the hardcore attitude of these are my customers! Make them HAPPY. This new car Manager is really shaking things up at this Dealership to make the customers happy. Thank God as it was needed. This is turning out to be the best place to buy a car. He fixed my service issue and did it with a smile. The owner brought in a new manager to turn this car lot around and this guy is dynamite. Fantastic job Mr. Manager. Worse dealership ever. Sales are cooks please double check your numbers and added options carefully. The also charge $500 ‘Lease Buyout’ fee on top of your residual amount on your contract. Interest rates are ridiculously high even with a great credit score. They make money by selling service contracts, gap insurances, and finance charges. Please beware!After the sale is done, their finance staff never picks up the phone and their voice mailbox is full. Been calling 2 weeks straight… it shows you how much they care about their customers after sale.
