Candace, the AT&T Manager on duty welcomed me with open arms as I frantically entered the store with a mere 1 minute until closing. I’m not usually one to keep staff after hours, but I desperately needed to inquire a bit of information in regards to obtaining service with said AT&T. I’m almost certain the crew members, management, & the security officer on duty were anxious to end their work day. After all, it was Saturday evening. But if they were indeed anxious to go, they definitely hid it well. Candace willingly and enthusiastically answered my pleathora of questions pertaining to having my T-Mobile Account Service bought out by AT&T. I made an appointment for the following afternoon to make the switch. Unfortunately due to personal reasons, I had to hold off but will 100% be returning to her location when things pan out on my end. Non the less, Candace informed me that all I would need to bring in store with me to apply for the new account (make the switch), would be two forms of identification and my T-Mobile account number. Optional items included the devices themselves and/or device accessories. Candace and her team, though put on the spot were immensely helpful in answering my slew of questions. They remained surprisingly enthusiastic while providing me with excellent customer service. I recommend this location for anyone who wants information about AT&T, for anyone who needs to set up service, or for anyone who simply wants to browse the trending technological devices currently on the market.-Kreep
