Highly recommend 20/20 Optical. After being told by another optical service that I would have to wait two to three weeks to have my glasses changed to my new prescription I contacted 20/20 Optical and they informed me that my glasses would be ready in ONE DAY! The glasses were ready in one day and are perfect!

The Best. I just got my glasses from 20/20 and they’re the best glasses I ever had in my life. Located directly across from the movie theater on 4th St., San Rafael, 20/20 with its owner David is a class act. GREAT staff, EXCELLENT and efficient optometrist. I compared getting glasses from several places. I’m a shopper. Although not the cheapest, 20/20 was incomparable. Everyone loves how they look, and most importantly they have the best clearest lenses I have ever had in my life. I live in Alameda which is a little drive away, but after checking everything from East Bay to Novato, I chose 20/20 in San Rafael. David and his entire staff could not have been more helpful. I now am wearing The Best Eyeglasses I have Ever had In My Life!

I went in with my mother yesterday, to replace her Alain Mikli sunglasses that recently broke after 30+ years. The store was bustling with other customers, and the short-haired, short-statured saleswoman approached us to say the brand you’re looking at is a little up there. We proceeded to peruse the selection, and she again approached us to tell us that we were looking at expensive glasses, adding I don’t know what your budget is. Due to her degrading comments, she’ll never find out– we’ll be sure to take our business elsewhere in the future.
