Big Thank you to Freddie P from flooring!!! He is amazing!! He went out of his way to help me on my first visit to the store today when he saw me I was doing something I didn’t even see him there and he offered a hand. Let’s face it no one does that he gave me his name and told me that if I needed his help on another visit he would help me again!! Well I was at home depot 5 times today!!! My last time today I need his assistance even though it was a different department he helped me immensely. It is great to have someone that truly wants to help someone!!! I am impressed!!! Great job Freddie P from flooring!! Thank you for making my experience with Home Depot a pleasant one!!! This employee is a keeper, pleasant, kind and his customer services skills are superior!!! I wish more people could be like Freddie P from flooring!!!

Excellent store. Good service at this Home Depot. The paint department especially. Didn’t get the woman’s name who helped me, but she was very efficient and knowledgeable.

The South Setauket store falsely sent me pickup ready emails twice in the past 30 days. I even called the customer service over the phone to confirm the 2nd pickup before going there. When we arrived at the HD store the 2nd time, the customer service finally said that they do not hold mulch for customers due to the pandemic. I do not understand why the Home Depot South Setauket store charged my credit card right after the pick up orders were placed and only to cancel the orders AFTER we drove to the store.
