I have not had the best of experiences with At&t in the past but Alain at this store helped change my opinion. I came in to change my plan over to First Net and despite feeling totally lost he took the time to explain every aspect of the service change. I was on my lunch break and did not have a lot of time; he made the process so fast and easy. I wish I had done it sooner.I will make the trip up from south orange county in the future just to be able to have good customer service like this again!!

Excellent customer service!!! The manager Valerie assisted me, I originally came in to pay my internet bill and Valerie asked me about my wireless service, she gave me a really great deal for 4 lines, I was paying 250 for 3 lines at Verizon and I’m paying 140 for 4 lines with AT&T and free phones! Everyone there is so nice, I definitely recommend this store, great job Valerie you’re amazing!!!!

I came here just to check out phones and I was approached by Giovanni. He was very professional than any other reps I have met when purchasing a phone. He helped my with any concerns I had and went out of his way to help us transfer our data and getting our phone numbers to transfer to AT&T. Most sales people I meet always sound pushy which really annoys me but not Giovanni. He was very caring and knowledgeable with the plans and products and with a hilarious sense of humor. I will definitely be returning to this store and recommending business. And for those of you needing help when buying a phone, definitely ask for Giovanni! He will take great care of you!!!
