I emailed the store asking about a Laurent Ferrier timepiece and Audrey responded with enthusiasm and pride. Very engaging with a level of customer service that has been top notch. We completed the transaction quickly and I received the piece today and cant be happier. Looks absolutely gorgeous and very stealthy. I went into Fourtané last September with my wife and was Carl helped us both look at watches. Carl was very kind and we did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase. Later in the year I contacted Carl to make the purchase for my wife’s birthday and he made the processes as smooth as possible. He was able to get the exact Rolex my wife wanted and did not try to steer me away to a different purchase. Ever since I purchased my first Rolex watch from Audrey couple years back, she has been nothing but straightforward and honest on the wait times and availability.
