Just moved back to the Bay Area from outta state. Got my Ca plates for my car. Didn’t have tools( on the moving truck) stopped in to see if they could help a girl out. Kenny and Jessie took care of me. So friendly. I actually enjoyed my Time there. Thanks guys!!! Grateful to you both.

This place was the only one open in the neighborhood on 4th of July, so I went to fix the flat tire there. All was well, until the fixed tire started leaking a bit after 3 days. I thought that’s okay but the next day it deflated completely. I’ll spend more time next occasion and will connect to the real professionals, not these guys.

I am from Mississippi visiting my daughter about 1/2 a mile from this location. I has to get my transmission serviced and everyone around either couldn’t do it or wanted to charge me over $350.00. Pep Boys serviced my 20 year old suburban and quoted me $209.00. While doing the service they had to order a fitting for my suburban to get the transmission filter to fit and they did not charge me for it… even though I would have expected the charge, which was only $10.00. I give Pep Boys five stars for friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service!!
