No one wanted to help me! Stood at the counter waiting for one of the 5 employees to stop chatting with each other until I finally stopped one of the gals walking by. Wow! Isn’t it their job to notice when a customer walks in? I won’t use this store again. Poor customer service.

This place is alright, used it twice. We used it to print photos but one time it took thirty minutes to figure out why one of the machines, for whatever reason, wasn’t accepting usb or micro sd for printing. The other time it worked well and the staff was fine on both occasions.

This location has literally the worst service ever. They made me bring my package over 3 times and every time they would ask me to change something with the way I package my item. It’s not my first time shipping an item, and I’ve been to other fedex or competitors’ location & had never experienced the poor service I’ve experienced here. If you don’t want to be disappointed, avoid this location if you can.
