I’ve had a wonderful experience coming to this spectrum store.I went because I needed to make an account because I was moving to a new place.I only needed internet service so I signed up for a 2 year plan for $50 a month. However I needed to pay an additional $5 to borrow spectrums router for wifi service.The employee in this picture was very attentive, answered all my questions and really made me comfortable when signing up. I forgot his name but if u do go, you should wait for this employee to help you. 5 stars for customer service.
