I bought a 2015 R NINE T five years ago from BMW Motorcycles and have had many awesome rides. This weekend I bought a new 2020 R NINE T Scrambler and rode it to the top of Mt. Diablo. The bike handled like a charm and once again BMW has built an awesome bike. I also wanted to point out that the person who worked with me Sam this weekend was professional and knowledgeable with regards to the R NINE. I felt confident that I was getting the right kind of bike for my style of riding. Thanks to all the staff at BMW Motorcycles!

I had unexpected traffic going to BMW Concord and end up arriving at 5:15PM when closing at 6PM.I was unannounced with the intention to hopefully test drive the bike I was looking for.Steve one of the sale rep greeted me with a warm welcome and right away help me with my request. Timing was absolutely not an issue and Steve even organized for us to test drive at this late hour. That is great customer service in my book!!I end up putting a deposits to purchase it in a few days. Philippe L .
