Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value We were towed to Loves truck stop and the mechanic their tried his beat but could get a belt on after 2-3 hrs of waiting and another 1-2 hrs of him working on it. We called Smitty who showed up within 15 mins and had the part on in about 30-45 mins. He very nice, to the point, and knew his business. Thank you Smitty!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Dont tow your RV to the shop. He lost his shop. Said he would be out in the morning to do a mobile repair. We were stranded in 108 degrees. Did not answer calls or text until 3pm saying he overslept and his phone was dead. Really??? By then I fixed it MYSELF! My guess is he is out of business for a reason.

What a great guy and very honest. We were having problems with wiring in our RV and he told us we need to take back to where we got it. The job was just to big.
