I was excited to get information and make an appointment. My wife called 3 times and left 2 voicemails and no response. I called and luckily got answered. The receptionist Hao is very rude. Seems like she’s new and doesn’t know what she’s doing. Told me she’s was going to look into my insurance to see if they cover their procedures and I didn’t get a call back. I had to call them next day. She didn’t really looked into my insurance to see if the procedures are covered. She told me that I needed to call my insurance and have them call them. Very unprofessional and rude. If this is the first step into getting helped, I dont even want to imagine how it would be staring a procedure here.

Wonderful physician and front office staff. Physician is very pleasant. I felt like he cared about his patients and does know how to help get you out of pain. I do not know what I would have done without his help. I love acupuncture for pain relief.
