Walked in today lol hence the thorn in my tire halfway through my ride for the day. First visit to Jax guaranteed not to be my last I was very pleasantly surprised at the hospitality and service and the very fair prices!! Made me feel like I’d been a customer and a friend for years!!! A lot of businesses could learn quite a bit from these folks! The whole experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in the door until I rode back out! Thanks so much! I will be making pit stops regularly just for a water break and a handshake if for nothing else! Been to several shops since I moved to Orange county 6 months ago this one is the best!!!

The staff is so professional and very friendly! One of the cleanest and nicest bike shops in our area. I had previously purchased a Yakima bike rack from another store/supplier in Costa Mesa, but was not really pleased with the service there, nor was I getting any help in getting them to fix an issue with the rear holder, which required this special alan key/tool only found in a bike shop. I recently bought a few beach cruisers here from Jacks and really loved the staff and service. So, I knew they were likely to be a better resource to help resolve my other issue with my rack, even though it wasn’t even their work. When I went in yesterday, one of the managers brought some tools outside and totally fixed my issue right there on the spot without even mentioning the point of me not purchasing the equipment here in their store.. My rack is back to new! Thank you guys.. You guys are great and really take care of your customers, regardless of the matter. You’ll be seeing me again for any and all bike needs. Thanks..
