Fatto a Mano, The Pasta Shop is an Italian Take Out created for people who appreciate traditional homemade pasta and Italian food made from quality ingredients, sophistication free and following traditional recipes from the mediterranean peninsula. At our Pasta Shop you can find just about any type of pasta from Spaghetti to Pappardelle as well as Gnocchi and Ravioli, and you can have them with any traditional sauce: Pesto, Zucchini and Prawns, Tomato and Basil, Cacio e Pepe, Bolognese and more. In addition to Pasta we are proud to offer Roman Style Pizza, by the sheet or by the quarter, made with our 72 hours matured dough that makes the pizza a lot lighter and enjoyable. A variety of salads and Italian pies are also available.

10/10…. highly recommend!! Comes with a bit of a wait but you’ll see shortly, why it is worth it! The food is fresh, hot, flavorful, and truly an experience! Food aside, the owners Marco and Arlene were amazing! They were inviting, kind, and patient. They explained the flavor pairings and offered solid recommendations. Very kind and personable people. They both felt like distant family and made for a very special experience!

Marco the owner is awesome and will take the time to explain the different types of pastas. It was our first time there and he really gave us an authentic experience. Delicious. Best I’ve had in the South Bay. Will be returning and can’t wait for the carbonara to return. Fresh pasta too. You can taste the difference
