A gift shop in a zoo is always attractive but the San Diego Zoo has a bit too many of them and one should wait for the main entrance gift shop to buy. There aren’t that many items to choose from but the place is neat. Next time you visit the elephants, just keep moving and don’t stop at the Tusker’s Trunk.

A very tiny gift shop with nothing special. If you have a lion or elephant fan in your group, wait until you leave the park to hit the children’s gift shop for stuffed animals and themed clothing, so you don’t have to lug them around, or risk them getting lost or dirty.
