Today there was a group or family there and when they were ordering their desserts, one BnR person asked for the next order and a lady that works there, Marisa, snapped at them and said, Only one BnR person per group. She made them all wait for one person to make their orders. By the time it was all done, half of them were already done eating and the others were melted ect. She was very unprofessional to almost everyone that she interacted with. First time I’ve seen her at this location. I’ve never had any issues with any of the employees there until today. Seemed as she was bringing down the great customer service and image of this BnR.

I’m pregnant and wanted ice cream so badly. I’ve never left an ice cream store so sad and frustrated. The manager is NOT a people person and was very rushy and short. I have mental processing issues and he ultimately pressured me into deciding quickly and was arguing with another guest while complaining to a co-worker that they were under staffed and whatever. We got to the car and I ended up just crying and throwing my ice cream away, I didn’t like itI’ll never go back, especially when Brock’s ice cream so close.
