5 stars ONLY when Jennifer is working. Ive NEVER went to a pharmacy where the tech was perfect. However Jennifer is the prime example of what would be thought as the perfect employee. Jennifer is quick to greet me with my name, ask how the family is, what my script is as well as my wife script . I also know that its not exclusive to me. While waiting in line, she greeted every customer before me with the same type of service. She either is extremely good at her job… or she has photographic memory. Regardless, her attitude and behavior is beyond expectations and is well beyond being able to call it satisfactory. A++++ service from Jennifer. She is one of the mains reasons why my family chose this CVS as our pharmacy over other pharmacies. If you know who Jennifer is, you would 100% agree with me. If you do not and had an issue… then you must not be thinking of the right person. It would be impossible for you to have an issue with Jennifer.
