Hit or miss. The prices I think are over priced for most of there clothing quality. There are some items that are nice quality but still overpriced. I have bought 3 dresses so far. Due to the pandemic they are not allowing try ons so if your not sure about your size you just have to wing it. They do not allow you to do returns and exchanges even if the item does not fit you, which I find it ridiculous! 2 of the dresses I bought unfortunately did not fit me as it was to big and the other just did not look faltering as I tought it would. Now I cannot even exchange the item and I paid about 120 for both dresses. Mind you they are simple dresses. Its June 2021 most retail store allow you to try on their items and if they don’t they definitely allow exchanges. It makes me think that NB trendy just wants to do anything to keep our mone and have there items sell out and just keeps using the pandemic as an excuse. I due to these reasons. I will no longer be buying items from here at the moment at least until they allow returns or exchanges.Also at the moment I feel like I’m been rob due to the prices I paid for the dresses and am not allowed to do an exchange.But I do want to add the staff is Friendly.

The girls here are super helpful with helping find what you need for the occasion at hand! Tiffany and Brittany helped me make a decision between 2 pairs of shoes I liked for a wedding. They were very patient and nice throughout my shopping experience and gave great advice. There were many cute items at affordable prices so I will definitely come back!
