Horrible horrible service. Flowers were supposed to be delivered to my work before 1pm on the 28th, didn’t happen. The 1st came and they still didn’t show. They were sent from my mother for my birthday. She was NOT happy and called to see what was happening. They said they couldn’t deliver them at that time and said they could deliver to my home, so she said not until after 6:30pm because I wouldn’t be there and I also had no place safe for them to be left. Not to mention it was pouring down rain. I got a phone call about 3:30 pm with them rudely demanding to be dropped off. I said I wouldn’t arrive home until 7pm and asked why hadn’t they been delivered to my work instead like they were supposed to. They continued to argue and make excuses. The owner said that she had 20 more deliveries so they decided to do mine first. They did not listen to instruction or what was ordered at all. My mother and I will both never be doing business with them again. My parents own a floral shop and were so upset with how we were treated. We would of never done that to any of our customers. When you spend a lot of money on flowers and want it delivered a certain day, by a certain time, and to a certain place– that should happen…. Or a call should be made to update the buyer as to what’s going on. Horrible service. I would say 0 stars if it would of allowed us.
