In these times where lots of people rather collect unemployment than work, This Lowe’s gave us exceptional service. We had to wait for someone to be available to cut wood for us but we soon forgot that we’ve waited. Sheila at the register and Mari, the one who cut the wood (manager maybe?), gave us a smile and helped us while being asked to help many others. We appreciated the whole experience. Will come back to this specific Lowe’s because they seem to care. ❤

Good stuff and great prices. Although there were no coco chips that I could find for my gardening. At the plumbing section too I couldn’t find the 5/8 faucet adapter. Did pick up lots of Lumber and Succulent bowl at very good deals

Spent a lot of time doing research on washing machines, came into this Lowes multiple times, and when we were finally ready to purchase- had such a horrible experience! The first worker we spoke to was very harsh, and made it very clear he was inconvenienced. Then he just walked away…. Another worker came and was still unhelpful. We had a question about delivering a machine that we saw in store to another area. THAT WAS ALL. We got passed off to a THIRD worker, who finally was able to tell us that they cannot help us to ship any LARGE appliances to another location. HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE? We spent a lot of time and effort into deciding what we wanted. Afterward, we left and went to Home Depot, and had a 180 degree experience with an attentive employee who immediately took care of what we wanted without excuses. GO TO HOME DEPOT!!! IT IS MORE WORTH YOUR TIME. I don’t write reviews often, but I really felt the need to speak about this.
