Made an appointment to preview a new wedding band, went to Tiffany’s a week back and didn’t find anything. Our original SA was not available and Anna instead helped us with the selection. In between looking at a new ring, my wife saw a newly released bracelet. Anna was informative of the product line and origin (storytelling). Overall visit, had to order a ring cause my size was not available. Service was exceptional and as expected. Recommended to alway make an appointment.

I was in the market for a new watch recently and had the pleasure of being welcomed by Rand Stewart who provided exemplary customer service during my visit. I made an apportionment online and received a confirmation phone call from Rand the day before. Rand was warm and friendly which immediately put me at ease. When I arrived at the store the next day, I was welcomed by Rand who was ready to assist me right away. Rand is a true professional who has extensive product knowledge and an abundance of warmth and friendliness which made the experience delightful. It’s clear Rand takes the time to listen and cares about satisfying his customers’ needs. I highly recommend asking for Rand the next time you need a Cartier product and you will not be disappointed.
