I did not know what part I was going to need. But after talking to them they helped me determine whither it was the battery or the alternator. They tested both and in this case both went bad. But the battery was under warranty..

I have an old Toyota, only one owner before me and I don’t think they changed the rear window wiper since 2008. I realize the is every time it rains, but because it’s old they would have to do a special order for it and in total be like 30-50 bucks and as a college student I’d rather spend that money on the air conditioning then the back wiper. So after having the car for 3 years I went in and asked for help and Ryan explained that because it’s old and “it’s a weird one” they don’t just have them in stock. But they took a look at it as the rubber was shredded and falling off, then went inside typed on the computer went in the back and got a packaged one and replace the rubber only! Had me test it out and it’s amazing! I thought I would have to come back in a week and pay a lot but instead I only had to pay like 3 bucks! And I was in and out in 20 minutes tops! Amazing highly recommend! Ryan knows what they are doing and are very nice in explaining to someone who knows nothing about cars! Give Ryan a raise or bonus!!! They deserve it!
