I ordered a custom coffee mug that was reasonably priced and was ready in about 1 week. My mistake was paying for the mug online and not paying in-store–that way I could inspect the print before taking the mug home. When I opened the package, the image printed on the mug was half blurry and half okay. I asked the Walmart photo associate about a refund, but they said that I had to go online and get it resolved. The online customer support stated that I had to get it resolved in-store. Finally, an in-store manager called the online staff and they came to the agreement that I can’t return it because it’s a custom item, regardless of quality. Now I have an ugly mug I can’t gift.

We needed photo prints done quickly and were having trouble with our USB drive. Vicki stopped what she was doing and worked us for 20+ minutes until the problems were resolved and our prints were done. Thanks & kudos to Vicki. One of the best retail experiences ever!

I went at 8:30 at night and instead of telling me they were closed she just put a drop box for the films to go where is says that it will be 7 to 10 days to get the pictures developed and stated that they don’t develope photo there when the person in front was waiting for his photos and there was two big machines right in front she was being like that because I was Mexican what a BI*CH
