I was deeply impressed by the professionalism of Mike, as well as the character and credibility of him and Suzanne. They helped me a lot over the phone, and played and compared different pianos at his store. Mike knows tons of knowledge about piano, I really learned a lot from him. Mike sent me very detailed messages and explained whatever confusions I had. His price is really reasonable as well, they are not the kind of business that only makes money. Piano Shoppe is really a great piano store that you must visit if you want to buy a piano, new or used, in Long Island.

It is beautiful and the girls LOVE it! The sound is so pretty and they want to play it any chance they get. When our original piano was damaged by a leak from the ceiling above I had called Mike because we were looking for a replacement.
