Get your store stocked better. I mean I constantly see people walking around doing whatever it is they’re doing. And when I ask someone they say its not their department. Every time I go in, shelves are empty, things not in stock, nobody around to ask, when you see something has a demand, get more of it. Don’t make customers search the entire store for someone to ask why there’s no more of this or that. If online you’re showing in stock and I come in and you’re not in stock that’s annoying as hell. Waste of my time:

Located in Woodburry (Irvine), this is one out of two Ralph’s that I really like to shop at because it’s very clean, organized, a very friendly staff, and definitely has a whole lot of what I would want and priced reasonably well or better. This particular location in Woodbury, while close to home, it’s probably on par with the one in Tustin Ranch.

Had a wonderful shopper with the curb-side pick up at Ralphs today.Great customer service- the fresh produce was as good as Farmer’s market. She scanned my coupons in car and even went back and bought an item for substitution that was not available. Very convenient and efficient service. Will continue to use this service.
