Despite my having placed an online order, Emily Stern of the Kingston Store went beyond and above to help me with a delivery issue. So….I give Emily 5 stars !As to Mattress Firm itself, I cannot say the same as the changed my delivery date to a month later without telling me and you can’t reach any person on the 800 number nor via chat to help. That is unacceptable !
