Ordered 2 cases of Lean Body Cafe Mocha RTD through Vitamin Shoppe app for pickup.Arrived at Vitamin Shoppe (Glendale) within the hour. Customer service was great. Received order and was on my way.Fun Facts… 1. For those that don’t know, RTD means Ready To Drink.2. Parking at this particular Vitamin Shoppe location is very limited.3. When placing an order online or through the app, you have up to 5 days to pickup order.

It seemed that the employees were just laughting and weren’t paying attention to the shoppers who like myself had questions. I did see that they were more interested on how they spent their weekend and chatting about their personal life instead of focusing on new customers and gaining their business. I prefer the Las Vegas location to this one. At las vegas I felt the welcome experience through out the entire visit they answered all of my questions and it didn’t matter if I was a new customer or a customer who shops here I was impress by the honesty and amazing customer service. Thats why I give this location in glendale a 2 star and the Las Vegas location a 5 star. That’s all I have to say about that
