We like this market a lot. There are numerous NetCosts around now, but this is the one most convenient to us. When they first opened, they sold mostly Russian/Eastern European foods, but now they have lots of American foods and it’s more varied and suitable for our tastes. It’s a really good store. They have a very good small bakery (fresh delicious breads), a good deli (with Boar’s Head and the like), fresh fruits and vegetables, and the things that you would expect in a good market. They have weekly sales and offer a 10% discount to seniors on certain days (not sure which days). It’s a very good local market.

My first time visiting, very pleasant surroundings. Nice selections from the buffet bar. Cashier was very friendly. I was a bit overwhelmed with the selection of items, some familiar..some not so much, but I’m always willing to try anything once. Will definitely be back, and that says a lot, considering I’m coming from Astoria Queens!

OWNERS TRAIN YOUR STAFF to respect we are from all around the world, I come all the way from down town BK because I love the bacon and the sausages, this time I came with my family ( they didn’t speak English ) and the cashier treat them SO DESPICABLE, going through the bills, dumping the produce in the bags, mixing meat with desserts, and treating such a rude way to an older adult. Because of the time and because I was with my baby, I did not talk to the manager, but clearly he (and we) are not from here, and in English it is not our native language…. a little patience and respect make the difference
