Website is not user friendly and has issues with ordering for team/club page. Poor customer service in dealing with the order error. After my initial bad experience with customer service I received a call about my order. The person on the phone offered to send me a free pair of the correct shorts to correct the mistake that was made. I appreciate them reaching out and rectifying my order. That is excellent customer service.

Great selection of soccer gear from teams around the world. Prices were also very reasonable and I got the Liverpool jersey I’d been searching for in a size that was as advertised. Store pickup is very strange though, as they shipped it there and therefore wasn’t ready same day even though it was in stock.
