I wish to commend your manager, Amin, for the way he handled our problem last week. While he was courteous and friendly and listened to us carefully, he helped to replace problematic tiles fast. Also, he guided us in choosing new tiles. He really has a good sense for balance, with the right mix of colors and textures. It was very clever offer and the result was phenomenal and beyond our imagination. Such professionalism is rare nowadays. We advise all buyers who need design advise to consult with him to choose tiles and designs. Thanks a lot.

Went in to look around and found a tile I liked.When I tried to purchase they told me that it’s discontinued, they have only been open a few weeks.Stated that another one of their stores 60 miles away has it and I could have it shipped to the store that’s two miles from my house or I could drive 120 miles and pick it up. I asked what the cost would be since they don’t do inner store transfers. The tile was $226.00 dollars and the shipping was $458.00.Total was $684.00…I thought the manager I spoke with was mistaken so I asked another manager and he confirmed that was correct.I told the manager good luck being open more than a year and walked out.
