Amazing service. Kyle went above and beyond! We just switched over from Sprint and are absolutely satisfied. I cannot say the same for the authorized retailers, had 2 bad experiences with the Norco Hamner location that even wanted to charge me $20.00 to get the data transfer from my moms old Sprint phone to the new Verizon cell we just purchased yesterday. I came back here instead and was again treated with the same amazing customer service but this time by a different worker. She never hesitated to help and got everything transferred over in no time! Thank you guys, keep up the good work!!
