Found a nice item and ask them to hold it when I went to the changing room. When I came back they took it and said that it was an item that was supposed to be sold on the internet. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE THEY HAD AN ITEM OUT TAGGED WITH A PRICE AND WHEN I COME UP TO THE CASH REGISTER SHE LIED AND SAID THERE WAS NO PRICE TAG ON IT! Her name Gabriella Murphy. The manager who came up and took it. Dario Shields. It’s so easy for them to be like oh I want this item and take it and then give that BS excuse. Practices like this are unacceptable for any legitimate business. When I wanted to talk to the manager she wouldn’t bring him out cuz he was in a meeting… What a garbage place with horrible people.

On the smaller side of thrift stores, but perhaps big for the Monterey area. The selection of housewares / kitchen items seemed limited. Clean and organized, though. There are discounts during the week for military, etc.
