What a wonderful experience we had working with Alex Haynes, the owner of Dewey’s. Alex helped us find the best appliances (range, oven, dishwasher and microwave) for our home at the best price. The installers were polite, careful and efficient. The appliances transformed our kitchen. We will always shop Dewey’s for the personal touch, honesty, helpfulness and top quality products. I cannot recommend Alex and his team with Dewey’s Home Appliances enough. We found ourselves in a dire situation where we needed to find specific Bosch (or like-kind) kitchen appliances, and we needed them delivered and installed immediately. Alex was quick to action and found every item I requested and was able to get it IN MY HOME, installed and ready to use quicker than the contractor working on our insurance job. Alex was flexible, kind and always ready to help. He helped make was has been a nightmare situation for our family so much easier to deal with and I cannot thank him enough. I will never look to any other Home Appliance Store before I first head to Dewey’s and I will tell anybody and everybody to give their business to this local company. I wish more people ran their companies and treated people the way Alex did with us and our situation. He’d get 10 stars if that was an option!

Dewey’s is perfection.In the age of “Big Box” stores and internet shopping, Dewey’s competes by offering competitive prices, great service, and hometown support.Yes, we researched ranges online and learned as much as we could. Then we went to Dewey’s and talked to Scott. He clarified some issues, showed us several brands/models, and even pointed out one we’d never heard of.
