Today was the last straw. I am DEFINITELY switching pharmacies. Every single time I go to the Victorville CVS on Palmdale Rd and El Evado Rd, I am always met with attitude and indifference. It’s as if I am a burden to them. Today was no exception. I waited in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes! 30 minutes! I thought drive thru was priority. Guess not. And, when I get to the window, the lady doesn’t explain the wait time nor apologizes for me having to wait on them. Then, when she came back with my meds, she basically threw them at me and walked off muttering some sort of insult. Clearly CVS hires the very best of professional employees. There is absolutely ZERO sense of urgency in this establishment. Whomever is in charge of hiring should be fired along with that crotchety, rude employee who threw my meds at me. I think her name is Michelle. Fire her.

Every time I go to CVS to pick up my medicine, and to also purchase some household items. I’ve never experienced any rude customer service, theyve always has had very pleasant and courteous spoken words to say. Also they come up too you and ask do you need any help…I give CVS 10 stars….
