As soon as I walked into the store, a chubby guy dressed very nice looked right at me and never said a word of greetings to me. When I addressed him for ignoring me he just looked away!! I called the store after I walked out. I worked for Neiman Marcus where customer service was EVERYTHING. If you don’t greet me I will spend my money elsewhere. What a shame. Shame on you. I love Kors. I didn’t get to experience this store and I’ll tell 20 about this bad service. He made the whole store look bad.
