I love American eagle as a company, their pants are what keeps me coming back. However, this location has poor customer service. Last time I went was years ago because they gave me a hard time with a purchase. I wanted to give them another try but the employees still treat you like you’re stealing and are not friendly at all. I’ll continue to go to the carlsbad location instead.

Employees are rude and lazy. I asked the over weight hispanic lady working there for a particular size and rather than helping me she said whatever is out is what we have. Lol not too sure what the purpose of her even being there. Then when you try and ask the manager for assistance, he’s so lazy that he won’t even come out from behind the counter. He’ll just point and hopefully you’ll know what he’s talking about
