DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE USED ONLINE STORE! I ordered a mixer from the used gear section and according to the picture and description, item looked in near new condition and was labeled as excellent condition. The item took I week to ship to a guitar center in my area and glad I did. The sales rep open the box with me and we found the item to be broken missing screws and in very poor condition. The images that was used was a false representation of what I actually received. I had the manager and sales rep refund me immediately but have to dispute the shipping charges since that was not refunded. The whole transaction feels like a sick joke and will not be shopping with guitar center ever again. Already contacted customer service and filed a complaint but have not heard back so I am now disputing the shipping charges with my credit card. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
