I just want to give a shout out to the fantastic customer service I received from Mary Beth. She went above and beyond to help get a couple kayaks for me. I cannot speak highly enough of her dedication and support. Since we are not in Santa Barbara, all of this was done by phone. It ended up that the kayaks were not available in the warehouse like we thought, so we weren’t able to get the kayaks. However, that by no means was Mary Beth’s fault. Mary Beth showed knowledge, patience, dedication, and a willingness to help a customer well above and beyond what most do. Thank you to Mary Beth, and congrats to West Marine for having such an awesome employee!
