Do NOT come here. They are ALWAYS understaffed. The staff they have is RUDE. Their prices are incredibly HIGH. Waited 30 min to print something out then got TAXED. Staples is my go to now.

Needed a letter to be mailed that needed to be certified . and here’s the receipt, that i payed. Didn’t know it was this expensive update. The person didn’t receive the letter until 2 weeks later. So why did i pay first class?

The owner charged me $24 to fax 6 sheets of paper to Sacramento NOT even International!!! Fees are not posted anywhere and was informed after the service!! Crooked as can be…go to another UPS franchise store and avoid Oxnard’s Fremont Square UPS store!!!!
