Every time I’ve tried to speak with these people over the phone they are very perfunctory and you really have to dig to get any information from them. I called asking if I could start waste pickup over the phone. All I get is No. No explanation, nothing. So, you have to ask why not. You have to pay in person. Can’t I just use a credit card like every other business known to man? No.Not very friendly people.

This is NOT WASTE Management there is no WM location in Susanville, waste is handled by C & S Solutions Please stop looking for trash service.Good Luck and that is all I now about the situation.
