I couldn’t have had a better buying experience. Nelly if you read this I love you! Lol. You’re the best. So unfortunately like three quarters of my screen completely blacked out. Which made it difficult to do anything on my phone. Was time to upgrade anyways since I had a Samsung S7. Nelly was extremely helpful steering in the right direction. We ran into a road block trying to transfer all my important data and contacts etc. Since my screen was completely non existent on my old phone. Nelly went above and beyond for me to make sure I was satisfied and probably 2hrs later she figured it out for me! Very few people would of went above and beyond like she did. Go to this location and Nelly will take care of you.

Went in to service my phone, Nelly, the new store manager, was more than helpful to make sure my phone worked properly. She went above & beyond to make sure my account looked correct with all of the lines i have on my account. I even walked out with getting tv service! I think it’s called t-vision. I enjoyed my time there at the store & would recommend this store to everybody. Keep it the excellent service Nelly!
